Every Friday @ 1:30 – 3:30pm. This workshop is designed to help you find and keep your tenancy, providing the safety and security you need from your housing option.
Learn how to navigate online housing tools such as Trulia, Craigslist, Go Section 8, Facebook Rentals and Apartment Applications safely and efficiently. You will be provided with the tools to search better. You will learn how to represent your rental history on paper. The Housing Coordinator will help you create a self-sufficient budget so you can plan for unforeseeable expenses. The goal is to find and secure a home within your budget for long-term stability.
Once the search begins you will have the skills to stay organized. You will be prepared with all the information you need to fill out an application properly.
